Otternest Young Leaders Academy is a youth leadership development division of Otternest®️ focused on building confidence, resilience and leadership in young individuals through structured experiential learning programmes.

They are rarely given real responsibility, real challenges or the chance to lead others in high-pressure situations. The result is a generation that is capable but lacks the practical skills that matter in the real world.

Otternest Young Leaders Academy is a dedicated youth leadership development division under Otternest®️, designed to help teenagers develop confidence, leadership, teamwork and resilience through structured experiential learning programmes.
Instead of learning only through classroom sessions, participants grow through real experiences, guided challenges and teamwork-based activities conducted in a real outdoor environment.

Rise Beyond Camp
Participants face more complex challenges that demand resilience, problem-solving and the ability to lead under pressure.
Apex Leadership Expedition
The pinnacle programme. Participants lead real expedition challenges that integrate all previously developed leadership competencies.
365 Ascension Programme
A year-long development track for participants committed to sustained leadership growth through ongoing mentorship, challenges and community.
Programme Ecosystem: Participants may begin at any level that suits their current stage. Those who complete one level are encouraged to continue to the next, building on their development progressively. The 365 Ascension Programme supports participants committed to year-long sustained growth.
